A Certified Birth Doula who loves taking a holistic approach. Package includes Spinning Babies® parent education, access to the online NaturalBirth Education course, & an herbal perinatal package. l also have training/experience in the pelvic floor, homeopathy, essential oils for birth, vaginal breech birth, breastfeeding, home birth, VBACs, twins, sibling support, & more! You get 24/7 contact with me. I help you trust your instincts, clear out fear, & prepare for your best birth. During labor, I help you listen to your body, use your voice, keep you comfortable, support & guide your partner, take pictures with your device, & be sure you have the things you need. During the postpartum period, I visit to check in & review the birth with you.
Private NaturalBirth Education
Private NaturalBirth Education includes 3 private classes that are all 2-3 hours long, usually done in the comfort of your home. We cover all of the basic topics like what to expect for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, comfort measures, knowing your rights and options during labor, clearing fear & trusting instincts, and more. I also cater to your needs, whether that's birth center birth, homebirth, hospital birth, VBAC, etc. You will get access to my online course and handouts to print if you want. You will also be able to contact me with any questions.

Spinning Babies® Parent Class
Offered as a group class or private
This class teaches you all about aligning and balancing your body so you can be more comfortable in pregnancy and have an easier labor. You will learn about your pelvis and how the ligaments, fascia, and muscles affect birth, as well as learning lots of exercises for your pregnancy and labor.
